Is PhotoVim free? Do I need a subscription?
Core image editing is free, with no subscription. AI features run on credits, or you can enter your own API key instead and be billed by that provider directly.
Can I follow Photoshop tutorials?
Start with tasks that use shared tools such as layers, masks and blend modes. Menu names and supported features may differ, and steps that depend on Photoshop-only features or plugins may not be reproducible.
Do my photos leave my device?
Standard image editing is processed in your browser. When you run an external AI feature, the images and input needed for processing may be sent to that service. Review the privacy policy before using sensitive photos.
Is every PSD feature fully editable?
You can open PSD files, but not every Photoshop feature is fully compatible. Imported text and some layer effects may not retain their original editable properties. Keep your source file and check the result for important work.
Can I use my phone?
You can browse this site on your phone. For precise selections and editing with multiple panels, we recommend a desktop browser with a larger screen, keyboard and mouse.
